      As with other model SZLH series granulation equipment , the main structure of small pellet feed processing machine: inlet, horizontal spiral feeder, conditioner, granulating chamber (including ring die and roller, a cutter), material outlet, base, motor etc.

The work flow:
1.charge-in   feeding inlet and screw spiral feeder are the main devices . Inlet can avoid materials falling and screw spiral feeder can ensure the materials evenly into the next procedure.

2. quenched and tempered   Quenching and tempering is carried out under the condition of high temperature and high pressure, after modulation processing, particle feed will emit fragrance, which can cause the the appetite of poultry and livestock .

3.granulation   The granulation process is completed by the ring die and roller,it is the core of the whole process.In general,people choose ring die pellet mill or falt die pellet mill to produce animal pellet feed .The particle diameters can be adjusted according to the need.

4.discharge    
Discharging port is below the granulating chamber .
