The Precautions of Hammer Mill Feed Grinder Operation
(1)The operators of SFSP model Hammer Mill Feed Grinder should be technical workers who have passed professional and technical training, know of machines’ structure, are familiar with performance of machines and operational approach.
(2) Examine the machine carefully before starting. Fasten each part of connection and allow no looseness .Check the flexibility of rotors and ensure no sound of jamming,crushing and rubbing, especially the grinding room can not be left residuals such as spanners, screwdrivers and so on, not the load drivers,either.
(3)Confirm the safety of man machine before starting,operate the feedstock after 2-3minutes’ free run, induced draft system must be in normal working state.
(4)The feedstock should be uniform and the motor works in the state of full load.
(5)If the Hammer Mill Feed Grinder happens to be abnormal in the process of running,for instance,strong vibration, abnormal sounds, instable yield etc, please stop calculation immediately and examine it,identify causes and debug faults,then the machine can work again.
(6)Conduct a free-load running for1 -2 minutes when finishing,do not shut down until materials in the machine body are drained. At the end of the shift, it is necessary to check and clean the machine, and record the main problems in the work diary.
